Responsibilities & Context:One of the leading Multinational Shipping Company invites applications from qualified candidates for the following posts.We are looking for a dynamic, persistent and enthusiastic person with sound Shipping knowledge.Responsibilities:Prepare Export Bill of Lading (B/L) as per Shipping Instruction, take care of next steps like sharing with customers.Data Transmission to overseas office.Handling customers' queries to deliver solutions over phone or email.Handling Pre-Shipment Advice starting from Booking Preparation to Vessel LoadingPreparing TDR (Terminal Departure Report) and monitoring up to Mother/Final Vessel loadingCollaborate Geneva Liner and Network Teams Short-term business forecast, Space Assurances and UtilizationTaking Special Care of assigned VIP CustomersProcess Freight Manifestation in systemAny other task assigned by HODEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping
Additional Job Requirements:Minimum of 1+ years of experience related to job.
