Responsibilities & Context:Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment coordination for air and sea freight (FCL/LCL).Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents for smooth cargo movement.Coordinate with the head office for daily shipment updates and status reports.Prepare and review shipping documentation including BLS, invoices, packing lists, etc.Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the system and update shipment tracking.Provide customers and UAE office with updates on cargo ETAS, delays, or exceptions.Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving queries and issues promptly.Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure service excellence.Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards.Assist with coordinating customs clearance and regulatory compliance as required.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor/ Masters
Experience:
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
At least 3 years in freight forwarding Industry.Compensation & Other Benefits:Applicable as per company policy.
