Responsibilities & Context:Communicate effectively and professionally with high-profile customers over the phone, chat, or in person.Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and effective assistance.Maintain a positive, welcoming, and courteous attitude throughout all interactions.Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company tools.Adhere to roster-based schedules and ensure punctual attendance.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.Continuously improve service quality by learning and adapting to feedback.Represent the company's values and uphold the standard of service expected in a club-level environment.Education Requirements:
  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years
