Responsibilities & Context:Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.Please ensure that you handle incoming and outgoing calls with professional greetings.Able to provide information, forward calls, take messages, and transfer information to the appropriate person.Pass the information to the assigned persons accurately within the minimum possible time.Maintain company standards to ensure high-quality service for every call.Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.Ensure punctual attendance.Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.Education Requirements:
