- Supervise the full production process from raw materials to final output, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Develop and manage shift-wise daily and weekly production plans based on customer demand, capacity, and inventory needs.
- Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, machinery, materials) to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Track key production metrics (efficiency, cycle time, downtime, yield) and implement process improvements.
- Lead and coach production supervisors and line staff to ensure operational performance and team development.
- Oversee cost control, minimize waste, and drive efficiency to reduce production costs.
- Ensure timely shipment of products according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Champion lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Introduce best practices, automation, and new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Provide training to staff on production and quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive production performance reports to senior management.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and team engagement initiative.
- Drive initiatives to reduce production waste and increase PPH.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the production floor.
- Adapt to changing customer needs and dynamic production environments.
- Collaborate with Quality Team to establish and monitor quality control procedures across all production stages.
- Support Quality Team to supervise inspections and testing of raw material and in-process products.
- Investigate and resolve in-process quality issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain incoming material quality and drive continuous improvements.
- Guarantee zero-defect shipments in line with buyer requirements and company standards.
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
- 8 to 10 years

- At least 8 years of managerial level experience in a factory environment, preferably in a Japanese-origin multinational company
- The incumbent is responsible for leading the entire Production Team of the factory to ensure zero-defect daily output with the highest level of operational efficiency, ensuring on-time shipment, and driving process improvement initiatives.
- The Team includes production executive, team leaders, and workers with an approximate headcount of 250 people. A thorough understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and ISO 9001 quality standards is required. Knowledge and understanding of Automotive seat heater production management process is desirable. Experience of working in an EPZ company is desirable. Basic knowledge of Japanese language is desirable
