Responsibilities & Context:Relevant marketing experience in managing client relationships at both B2B and B2C segments for Real estate, Developer, Engineering Construction and Interior Design sectors.Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to enhance the company's market presence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and Land) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.Performs direct customer sales in key areas to achieve sales targets; promotes and maintains customer relations with prospective clients nationwide.Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising.Manage real estate project launches, ensuring they are aligned with the brand`s identity.Regular visit to clients, compare quality and price with competitors, analyze market situation and taking various promotional activities.To apply marketing techniques to promote sales, recovery and follow up activities of sales officer.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define the company's position in the market.Build strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the real estate sector.Establish the brand as a leader in the industry, focusing on trust, quality, and customer satisfaction.Develop new, inventive strategies for reaching target segments and maximizing brand visibility to increase the sellDevelop a strong online presence and oversee social media strategies for promoting real estate projects and corporate branding.Monitor and manage the company's digital reputation and respond to online feedback and reviews.Manage budgets for branding campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Any other activities as when required by the ManagementEducation Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Any Public University.
  • NSU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, East West University Preferable.
Experience:
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Must have practical experience working in a real estate or developer company.
  • Excellent communication, Good presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and branding tools.
  • Capable of achieving Sales Targets and performing well under pressure·
  • Incumbent must be prepared to work under stress and target.
