Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: YOUR Campus is a student-focused startup offering smart services (App-operated washing machine, snacks & beverage vending machine, smart lockers, e-commerce & bus ticketing & insurance) across 25+ universities in Bangladesh. We are looking for proactive Customer Support Executives to ensure smooth service and user satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages & in-App feedback from users.
  • Provide accurate info & resolve service-related issues.
  • Coordinate with operations team for quick problem-solving.
  • Keep records of customer interactions & prepare reports.
  • Share user feedback with operations teams.
Education Requirements:
  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At most 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years
Skills & Expertise:Basic computer skill,Customer Relationship Management,Customer Support,Strong communication skills.Compensation & Other Benefits:
