Responsibilities & Context:Remain fully focused and avoid multitasking during work hoursRespond to customer queries swiftly and systematicallyCommunicate effectively with potential customers both face-to-face and over the phoneFollow instructions precisely and keep your team lead updated regularlyMaintain confidentiality of sensitive company and student informationHandle all interactions with courtesy and avoid aggressive or misleading sales tacticsDeliver complete and accurate information regarding educational servicesMaintain and update customer databases and sales records dailyCoordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth service fulfilmentEducation Requirements:

HSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
