Responsibilities & Context:Provide responsive customer support through phone, chat, email, and social media.Explain features, answer product-related queries, and assist with customer onboarding.Convince and convert interested leads into paying customers.Build trust with clients by understanding their e-commerce challenges and offering solutions.Follow up with potential customers to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM for continuous improvement.Must have a good quality PC/laptop with a stable internet connection to handle remote support effectively.Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability while working independently in a remote setting.Stay updated with product features, SaaS tools, and e-commerce industry trends to better serve customers.Education Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Call Center, E-commerce
