We are dedicated to shaping the future of infrastructure through innovation, engineering excellence, and a client-first approach.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Control Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying, processing, and maintaining documents received from various external entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely handling across departments.Responsibilities:
  • Collection, receive, review, and validate documents from clients, vendors, partners, or other third-party entities.
  • Cross-check information against internal systems or predefined verification criteria.
  • Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for clarifications or additional documentation when discrepancies arise.
  • Regularly follow up Fire Service file procedure & consultant member/ Engineer of the firm.
  • Ensure all verified documents are accurately filed and digitally archived.
  • Maintain an organized tracking system for document status and pending verifications.
  • Prepare regular reports on document verification outcomes and turnaround times.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple document streams.
  • Experience working in government entities like Fire Service, Explosives Department, Petroleum Corporation or government liaisoning is a plus.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Fazil (Madrasah Hons.)
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Fire Fighting and Safety
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Only Male
