Responsibilities & Context:Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd. a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari is searching for suitable candidate for the position of Officer-IE. Officer - IE will play a vital role in optimizing processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor. The position requires expertise in process analysis, layout design, and data-driven decision-making to enhance productivity and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop all styles in TMIS/GST systems based on production engineering observations before starting QCO.Design and implement efficient IE layouts, ensuring optimal utilization of 4M principles.Coordinate equipment management by addressing shortages and following TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices to maximize utilization.Enhance workshop efficiency and manage incentive lines by controlling input hours, boosting hourly output, and resolving abnormalities through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in processes using YAMAZUMI techniques to improve workflow.Monitor and manage production flow, including line WIP, Supermarket Kanban, and material flow systems, to ensure seamless operations.Record and address daily abnormalities, share input/output data analysis with stakeholders, and drive improvement initiatives.Oversee automation processes by ensuring accurate machine bag hours, monitoring automation utilization rates, and executing IE projects like productivity integration and CNC/equipment optimization.Conduct daily reviews of production manpower, maintain organized workshop equipment and floor management, and prepare monthly manpower budgets aligned with production plans.Lead multi skill training programs for section technicians, evaluate their performance using KPIs, and publish reports on FHO analysis and efficiency improvements.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

BSc in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE)BSc in Textile Engineering,BSc in Yarn Manufacturing,BSc in Leather Engineering Preferable.Experience:

2 to 4 years
