- Must be Capable to provide solution of Sales and Project execution of low and medium voltage substation equipment such as, Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR), Transformer, HT & LT Switchgear Panels, PFI Plants, Motor Control Centre(MCC), HT Metering Panel, Control and Protection Panel, CT & PT, Lighting, Busbar Trunkings System ( BBT ) etc. at Commercial, Industrial, Real estate and service sectors.
- Sales & Technical Sales Support of Project and Product sales and Service of Medium & Low Voltage.
- Budgetary cost estimation of sub-station projects, preparation of project execution strategy, contractor dealing and BOQ preparation for individual customer order.
- Responsible for prepare full substation quotation, BOM preparation and technical sales support according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for total sales department including Private and Utility sales (BPDB, DPDC, DESCO, PGCB, REB, PWD etc.)
- Capable to provide solution of Sales and Project execution of low and medium voltage substation equipment such as, Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR), Transformer, HT & LT Switchgear Panels, PFI Plants, Motor Control Centre(MCC), HT Metering Panel, Control and Protection Panel, CT & PT, Lighting, etc. at Commercial, Industrial, Real estate and service sectors.
- Sales Forecasting & Preparing of Annual budget for HV & LV project sales & marketing.
- Maintain continuous liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Government utility, etc. for getting new order and better business supports.
- Manage Technical and Financial bid meeting qualification criteria before participating any tender.
- Setting up project planning and WBS, detail planning and engineering, taking approval of drawing and data sheet, sample from customer, etc.
- Coordinate with the team member to update the position of specific tender and updated the top management. Also fixed the strategy and action plan required for all tender individually.
- To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in Sales and Collection
- Provide market intelligence report to support business & strategic planning.
- Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review meeting.
- Manage all sales communication and requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
- Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business and meet the company objective through achievements.
- To apply different tools & techniques to achieve the sales target.
- Weekly & monthly sales report preparation.
- Regular & systematic credits follow
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- At least 3 years
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Must be Industrial and Commercial Experience of Substation Sales and Marketing.
- Experience: Substation components, Power Distribution, Distribution and Substation Management.
- Skills Required: Computer skills with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word,
- Experience in Substation Sales and Marketing will get preference
- Dynamic and self- motivated with high personal Integrity and Loyalty.
- Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
