- Lead and collaborate with a team of field officers in 26 Upazila who will implement the marketing integration works.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to strengthen agricultural value chains through field officers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, and government entities.
- Coordinating the implementation of different training programs, workshops, event arrangement.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to take strategic decisions.
- Prepare high-quality reports and marketing materials.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Agricultural Marketing/Agricultural Economics/Business Administration/Economics/Development Economics (Masters Degree will get high preference)
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Research Organization, Agro based Startup
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural marketing, sales management, agribusiness supply chain, or donor-funded agricultural projects.
- Must be a resident of the division for which the candidate is applying.
- Proven experience collaborating with farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, and stakeholders in the agricultural value chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities with farmers, government officials, private sector, and NGOs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions, financial data, and business operations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions in agricultural markets.
- Leadership capabilities to manage projects, organize events and motivate teams toward achieving goals.
- Deep understanding of local agricultural contexts and challenges.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
