Responsibilities & Context:Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Six days a week)Job ContextZam Zam Lands Development Ltd., a concern of Zam Zam Group, is launching OKADA, a premium 3-star business hotel located at Kakrail, Dhaka. We are offering hotel ownership through a unique share-sale model to individual investors and clients. We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Officers for direct field sales, who will play a key role in selling hotel shares to customers and achieving monthly sales targets.Responsibilities:Directly approach prospective customers in person and through referrals to sell hotel shares.Understand and explain the hotel project features, share investment benefits, expected ROI, and shareholder privileges to clients.Maintain a strong field presence in Dhaka city and surrounding areas for door-to-door, corporate, and HNI-level marketing.Follow up regularly with leads provided by the company and self-generated contacts.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.Maintain and update customer database with follow-up notes, sales status, and potential forecasts.Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaign responses and feedback from the field.Attend sales meetings, product training, and participate in promotional events and expos.Report daily activities and performance updates to the Sales Manager.Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term investor relationships.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
2-4 years of experience in direct or field sales (preferably in real estate, investment products, insurance, or hotel/tourism sectors)Fresh but highly energetic and confident candidates may be considered for junior rolesMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and EnglishAbility to confidently explain investment models to diverse customer profilesSelf-motivated, honest, result-oriented, and able to work under pressureMust be willing to travel extensively within assigned territoriesGood dress sense and a presentable, professional demeanorCompensation & Other Benefits:Competitive basic salary , attractive sales commission on share salesBonus: Two bonuses yearly (as per company policy)Other Benefits: Mobile bill, transport allowance, performance incentivesCompany Information:fghjkl;`
