Responsibilities & Context:We are seeking a Sr. Manager with over 10 years of experience in software architect and AI driven engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in PHP and ReactJS/Next.js, deep knowledge of database management, AI/ML capabilities, proven leadership skills, and a strong innovation mindset to build market-leading products with integrated AI where applicable.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.Oversee the end-to-end development, ensuring scalability, performance, and uniqueness.Provide hands-on technical expertise in PHP and ReactJS/Next.js to guide development and prototype innovative features.Design and optimize database architectures (SQL/NoSQL) for high-performance, scalable solutions.Drive innovation, integrating AI (e.g., ML, predictive analytics) to create unique products.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and innovative solutions.Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment while exploring new tools to enhance products.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, adopting relevant technologies to keep products competitive.Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and support career growth for team members.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Master's degree preferred

Experience:

At least 10 years
