Responsibilities & Context:Job Context / PurposeThe Executive/Jr. Executive will act as the front-line representative for Looks Ceramics Industries Ltd. of Payra Group, responsible for market visits, dealer engagement, showroom merchandising, lead generation, and order follow-up to ensure the smooth execution of sales plans.Responsibilities & ContextVisit dealers, distributors, and project sites to promote Tiles & Sanitary Ware products.Ensure product displays, Point of Sales (POS) materials, and showroom arrangements meet company standards.Assist in organizing trade promotions, dealer events, and product demonstrations.Generate leads and follow up for order closure.Collect competitor information and submit daily/weekly market reports.Provide after-sales support and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager.Education Requirements:
HSC
Bachelor/Honors
HSC or Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 1-3 years' experience in sales.Experience:
1 to 2 years

Only Male
Prior experience in Ceramic Tiles, Sanitary Ware, or building materials will be an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in Bangla and basic command over English.Professional Experience:1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in Ceramics Tiles, Sanitary Ware, also the Plastic, Steel, and Cement Industry Sales and Marketing.Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.Experience in dealer visits, product display management, and trade promotions will be considered an added advantage.Technical & Market Knowledge:Basic understanding of the product market and customer preferences.Ability to collect and present competitor intelligence (pricing, products, promotions).Core Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with dealers, distributors, and project clients.Ability to generate leads and follow up until order closure.Proficiency in organizing promotional events and assisting in product demonstrations.Basic skills in preparing daily and weekly sales/market reports.Customer-focused attitude with willingness to provide after-sales support.Behavioral Competencies:Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.Compensation & Other Benefits:Mobile billTA+DA AllowancesSalary Review: YearlyFestival Bonus: 2Other Benefits as per Company rules
