• Oversee and manage the entire Vannamei shrimp culture project from pond preparation to harvest.
• Monitor water quality, feed management, health and growth of shrimp stock.
• Lead the farm team, ensure timely operations, and maintain biosecurity protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and top management for smooth operation.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of modern aquaculture practices and shrimp disease management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage team performance.
