- Present, promote, and sell training solutions to existing and prospective customers using strong, persuasive communication.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to identify and fulfill their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines (minimum one successful sale within 3 months is mandatory to qualify for permanent employment after the probation period of 6 months).
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Provide management with regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services.
- Stay updated on best practices, industry trends, and promotional opportunities.
- Actively meet clients 5-6 days a week and submit daily reports to your supervisor.
- Update CRM, tasks, projects, and other assigned applications daily.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Develop social media campaigns and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Design eye-catching visuals, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Coordinate online advertising and promotion campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- North South University,IBA, Dhaka University,BRAC University,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,University of Dhaka students will get preference
- Candidates holding an active ASCM/APICS certification will be given additional preference.
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
- Age 22 to 36 years
- Smart, outspoken, talkative, hardworking, dedicated, and sales-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong hunger to earn sales performance bonuses, leading to higher and higher sales commissions.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain professional business relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to demonstrate a proven sales track record.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
- Graphic design skills with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to different audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to constructive feedback.
