Responsibilities & Context:To develop and implement effective sales strategies.To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goalsTo research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.To negotiate with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients` needs.To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.To expand the business network around the territory.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Steel
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 30 years
Have the ability to lead a team.Good communication skills.Depth of knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in the sector.Outstanding communication, amicable and leadership skills, good presentable experience.Excellent presentation and writing skills.Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.Able to lead and motivate others to ever higher levels of achievement.Skills & Expertise:Have valid motorbike driving licence,Sales & Marketing
