Responsibilities & Context:LAXFO Electronics Ltd. is now looking for talented and aspiring individuals in the position of "Territory Sales Officer” to enhance the team for respective Territories.LAXFO - where innovation meets luminosity. LAXFO plans to introduce affordable and reliable energy saving electronics products in the local and global market.Job Responsibilities:Plan and Develop sales strategies at the area level to achieve Territory wise sales targets.Review Distributor`s / Dealer`s network, and strength for effective coverage & Sales Expansion.Manage team members (Sales Representatives) for sales growth & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends and sharing findings/recommendations to Area Sales Manager/Head of Sales for necessary improvements.Obtaining positive results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.Lead and develop the Sales team (Sales Representatives) on the territory level to drive business growth.Visit Construction sites, Distributors/Dealers/Shops, hotels, restaurants, Hospitals, Corporate offices, and retail markets along with Sales Representatives to enhance sales.Build up and maintain relationships with all electricians and electrical contractors of assigned territory.Ensure timely delivery and collection of all orders.Check and maintain Distributor Stock Management and replenish within time.Increase market share by setting up new dealers along with converting competition dealers.Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit to the authority on time.Carrying out official order issued from time to time and Other operational works as per supervisor instructions (if needed).Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At most 35 years
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electrical and electronics market.
  • Expertise in Dealer / Distributor Channel Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to do teamwork & bring results.
  • Willing to travel intensely as required.
  • Ability to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license (Preferred).
