Responsibilities & Context:MOMËNTS is a prominent brand under the Standard MH Group, known for its high-quality children's clothing in Bangladesh. We are committed to creating fashionable, comfortable, and durable clothing that delights both children and parents.We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for every customer. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing accurate product and order information across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining customer satisfaction while upholding the brand's reputation.This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring a smooth, satisfying shopping experience from inquiry to post-purchase support.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.Handle order-related issues including returns, exchanges, shipping delays, and product information.Manage customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for quick and effective resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer operations.Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer trends, concerns, and insights.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot) is a plus.Passion for fashion, product knowledge, attention to detail, and multitasking skills preferred.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Online Retail Startup
