Responsibilities & Context:About the RoleAre you great at connecting with people and turning interest into action? We're looking for a Sales & Customer Engagement Officer to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads from digital platforms, and help us grow daily conversions at our LPG Workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers and close sales confidentlyFollow up on leads from Facebook, calls, and referralsRespond promptly and professionally to Messenger, WhatsApp, and phone inquiriesExplain our services clearly and guide customers through the processKeep a log of daily leads and follow-ups (using Google Sheets or a simple CRM)Help organize promotions and support digital marketing activitiesBuild relationships with individual and corporate clientsMeet or exceed monthly conversion and sales targetsExperience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Architecture Firm
