Responsibilities & Context:Position PurposeTo lead and implement the national sales strategy across Bangladesh for Jamuna Welding & Electrode Ltd., ensuring achievement of revenue targets, expansion of market share, and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The NSM will oversee regional sales teams, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers, and align sales operations with the company's overall objectives to drive sustainable business growth.Duties & Responsibilities1. Develop and implement national sales strategies to increase market share for welding electrodes and related products.2. Lead, supervise, and support regional sales teams to ensure effective coverage across all regions of Bangladesh.3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.4. Strengthen dealer/distributor networks to ensure product availability and maximize market penetration.5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies accordingly.6. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute branding and promotional campaigns tailored to local markets.7. Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, support the sales team, and build strong relationships with key partners.8. Train and develop sales personnel to enhance product knowledge, technical understanding, and selling skills.9. Prepare and present sales reports with actionable insights to the Head of Sales.10. Ensure compliance with company standards, credit policies, and customer service benchmarks.Experience:
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Only Male
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the welding electrodes, industrial, or electrical products sector.- At least 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role, such as Area Sales Manager or National Sales Manager.-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be highly preferred.- Additional training or certifications in sales management, leadership, or electrical product marketing will be an advantage.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding dealer/distributor networks nationwide.- Strong experience in industrial product sales, with a deep understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics.- Ability to manage and lead teams across multiple regions in Bangladesh.- Experience in working with technical sales teams and coordinating after-sales support is a plus.- Proven ability to develop and execute national sales strategies- Excellent knowledge of dealer/distributor network management- In-depth understanding of the fan/electrical appliance market in Bangladesh - Strong analytical and forecasting skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus- Ability to travel extensively and work under pressureSkills & Expertise:Sales & MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
