Responsibilities & Context:Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first Bangladeshi Research and Development (R & D) based "Livestock Breeding Company" in the private sector. From the very inception LTLD has been working for the improvement of Buffalo and Cattle breed throughout the country. Our R&D includes genetic farm (breeding farm), bull stations, fodder bank and modern semen processing laboratory, as well as improvement of feed, animal health and management technique for smallholder animal farmers including women entrepreneurs. The Bull Station is fully equipped with live bull management and semen production and distribution of frozen semen of dairy, beef cattle and buffaloes which is quality certified by ISO (ISO 9001:2015). This includes developing and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with various teams. These roles often involve both digital and traditional marketing channels, and may include tasks like social media management, content creation, and event planning.Job Responsibilities:To be responsible for leading Sales team to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of sales plansPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and monitor accurately to achieve sales targets.Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our productsCoordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, and Supply Chain teamsBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, like AISP, dealers, and distributorsTraining, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnelProactively develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts in coordination with senior management.Supervise field operations regularly as per monthly schedule and maintain team coordination.Organize regular meetings with stakeholders, RM, TM,AISP,and farmers.Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Science (Veterinary/AH)
Experience:
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Livestock
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
Skills & Expertise: Budgeting, Communication and negotiation skills, Dealer management, Frozen semen Sales & Marketing, Leadership and teamwork, Tour for sales improvement, Motorbike driving, Sales forecasting, Sales planning, Target achieving. Accountability, Collaboration, Decision making, Execution, Integrity, Problem solving, strategic thinking and planning skills.Experience Requirements:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Frozen semen & Artificial Insemination, Agro based Farming, Livestock, Animal.
  • Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years' experiences as Head of Sales / National Sales Manager / Divisional Sales Manager in agro-based sector or in AI operating company.
  • Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and as an effective leader of a team must have a professional and courteous personality for dealing with Distributors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication skills both in English & Bangla.
  • Must have basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing.
