Responsibilities & Context:Primary Responsibilities:Promote and develop third party Social Audit (Quality, Health, Environment & compliance) business under Business Assurance Department to achieve company revenue targets.Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.Specific Responsibilities:Implement & create sales plans to grow SGS Social Audit service's revenue.Identify, research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business.Liaise with Key Accounts Executives, as well as Management Staff to ensure Systems are fully deployed and utilizedAnalyzing customer satisfaction level with appropriate tools.Advice and support the preparation of local quotations, service agreements and local tenders.Handling customer complaints effectively for better customer service.Ensure communication and coordination with other teams (e.g. KAE, auditors and management) to facilitate the successful handover and execution of services.Make daily field visits to customers & using face to face contact to provide a personal service to retain existing business, increase volume and pursue new customers.Ensure timely preparation/follow up of quotes and submission of all information as requested by clients.Monitor customer satisfaction by doing regular survey etc.Cooperate fully with any investigations in relation to Quality issues or Integrity where requiredEducation Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience:

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements:Strong knowledge and experience in the relevant field (Third party Social Audit Service).Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively. Self-motivated, customer-focused and quality-driven.Must have mentality to travel any where in Bangladesh.Upholds SGS standards of ethics and integrity in all actions.Skills & Expertise:Analytical and Decision making ability,Excellent communication skill,leadership and negotiation,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft PowerPoint,MS Office,Willing to TravelCompensation & Other Benefits:
