Guided by our core values, we remain unwavering in our commitment to advancing children’s rights and equality for girls so that children, especially girls, and their communities can learn, lead, decide, and thrive.For the past three decades, our work in Bangladesh has made a significant impact, and we are now looking for a Head of Business Development & Resource MobilizationThe RoleThe Head of Business Development & Resource Mobilization drives resource mobilization and new business growth by forging strategic partnerships, cultivating donor relationships, and positioning Plan International Bangladesh competitively within the development and humanitarian sector. The role ensures robust pipeline management, proactive capture planning, and the delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals that align with the Country Strategy 2030. The role ensures primary leadership to contribute to a relevant, effective, and market-driven business model for a sustainable pipeline for the organization. The Head guides a team of specialists, ensures grants compliance, and embeds strategic thinking, collaboration, and process improvement across business development functions.What we’re looking for

Development professional with a relevant Master's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in the development, humanitarian, or private sector. Of which, at least 8-10 years should have business development experience
Demonstrated track record in securing and managing multi-million-dollar funding from institutional donors.
High-level diplomacy and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders, countries, and offices of I/NGO, government, donors, and financial institutions
Advanced skills in donor-facing communication, persuasive negotiation, and high-stakes presentation.
In-depth capacity to synthesize market intelligence, assess risks, and propose innovative funding solutions.
Experience leading and coaching high-performing, multicultural teams.
Proficient in English writing/editing skills, budget review/development skills, and presentation/communication skills.
