Responsibilities & Context:Job OverviewX Index Companies, a leading player in the Tiles and Sanitaryware industry, is seeking experienced Assistant Managers and Managers - Sales to lead sales operations across assigned regions. The role focuses on team leadership, execution of sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through strong distribution networks.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee execution of sales strategies in assigned regions.Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives/Senior Executives to achieve targets.Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and contractors.Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on analysis.Conduct competitor and market analysis, providing feedback for strategic planning.Ensure coordination between sales, distribution, and supply chain teams.Drive business growth by expanding into new territories and customer segments.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing

Experience:

At least 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
