No formal education required
Must be fluent in American English (speaking, writing, listening, reading)
Strong computer and typing skills
Understanding of U.S. business culture
Prior experience in customer service or email handling is a plus
Flexible to work during U.S. time zones & holidays
Freshers from English Medium backgrounds are encouraged to apply
