- Visualize and plan content for strategic communication.
- Oversee contents of all the iFarmer assets like social media, websites, apps, internal and external communications that includes all the business verticals.
- Research industry-related topics, RTMs, trending topics on local and global scale and developing communications .
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
- Proofread and edit contents before publishing.
- Visualize content for the creative team and create quality outputs.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Collaborating with the creative team to define objectives and plan executions.
- Contribute and coordinate on creating and presenting the strategic plans to the respected teams.
- Analyse content and creative based on visual representations.
- Keeping updated with technologies and consumer behaviors and plan strategies ahead.
- Contribute and collaborate for business development, innovation and new ideas.
- Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the different market segments.
- Serves as negotiator with third parties for potential partnerships and mergers.
- Look after the agencies, vendors, suppliers and freelancers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or related roles.
- Experience in managing content across multiple channels (social media, websites, apps, internal communications).
- Experience in collaborating with external agencies is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and content editing abilities.
- Ability to conceptualize and visualize content for various platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing and communication trends, both local and global.
- Analytical mindset to measure and improve content performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Creativity and innovation in communication strategies.
- Negotiation and vendor management skills for handling agencies and third-party partners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
