Responsibilities & Context:Make outbound calls to potential clients.Receive inbound calls from interested clients and provide necessary information.Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team.Coordinate and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring follow-ups and engagement.Build strong relationships with clients through professional and friendly communication.Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve client conversion rates.Keep records of all interactions, inquiries, and customer feedback.Work Hours: Full-time (6 days a week)Location: House: 5, Road-21/A, Nikunja-2, Dhaka, Bangladesh.Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.Experience:
2 to 3 years

Only Female
2-3years in telemarketing, customer service, or lead management.
