- Promote, market, and sell VAT dyes, leather dyes, and specialty textile chemicals to existing and new customers.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers on dyeing applications, processes, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with textile mills, dyeing units, and leather factories.
- Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and shade matching in collaboration with customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate dyes and auxiliaries for optimum results.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for customer meetings and internal use.
- Assist in new product development and provide market feedback to R&D and management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards for all products and applications.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries
- Hands-on experience in *textile dyes and chemicals, with strong expertise in **vat dyes* and *leather dyes* get the priority and advantage.
- Proven track record in managing dyeing processes in *export-oriented textile factories*.
- Understanding of textile dyeing, printing, and finishing processes of vat dyes and leather dyes.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with both international suppliers and local customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Oeko-Tex, REACH, ZDHC, etc.) is an advantage.
- Expertise in VAT & Leather dyes·
- Strong customer relationship management·
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills·
- Market development & product promotion abilities·
- Cross-functional coordination (sales, suppliers, logistics)·
- Result-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills in *English and Bengali*.
