Responsibilities & Context:Lead end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and employee benefits.Support performance management and appraisal processes.Coordinate employee training, workshops, and development programs.Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance within Bangladesh regulations.Assist in organizing employee engagement, wellness, and team-building activities.Provide day-to-day HR support to staff and management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
