Responsibilities & Context:Department: Sales & MarketingReporting To: Manager - Sales / Project DirectorJob Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Hotel Okada Share Ownership & Zamzam Lands projects.Engage potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and qualify leads.Maintain call scripts and sales pitches aligned with company objectives and campaign goals.Handle customer queries with accuracy, provide detailed project information, and encourage appointments or registrations.Maintain accurate records of calls, lead responses, and outcomes in CRM.Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead generation targets.Participate in promotional campaigns, fairs, and events by supporting sales activation through tele calling.Ensure high-level customer service, professionalism, and follow-up for all assigned leads.Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
