- Coordinate with the Art Creative team to verify and finalize promotional designs through system-based simulations to ensure proper implementation.
- Estimate the required quantity of promotional materials for each store and branch and submit for review and approval by relevant supervisors.
- Create detailed and clear promotional program guidelines to serve as a reference for store-level transactions.
- Ensure the smooth execution of all administrative processes related to promotional activities.
- Maintain a systematic and traceable filing system for all completed PAR documents.
- Execute promo settings and input data into system based on information provided by the Merchandising team.
- Distribute official guidelines for national consumer promotional programs to all branch locations to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Forward finalized promotion data to relevant teams (Promotion Support and Promotion Admin) for timely promotional setup.
- Prepare Promotion Approval Request (PAR) documents by attaching all required documents for promotional programs and materials
- Oversee the printing and distribution of promotional materials (e.g., minitrack in-store visibility, shelftalkers) to ensure complete coverage across all branches and stores.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years
