Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:Ahmed Group Textile Division, one of the leading textile conglomerates in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as GM/DGM (Production) for our Spinning Mill. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing operational efficiency to meet company objectives.Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the entire production operation of the spinning mill.
Ensure uninterrupted production flow, achieving maximum output with optimum quality.
Manage manpower effectively and ensure availability of skilled operators.
Monitor and control raw material warehouses, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
Maintain operational efficiency for processing Cotton, PC, CVC, and other blended yarns.
Provide technical guidance on spinning machinery, maintenance, and production processes.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure customer specifications are met.
Act as a team leader during emergencies and ensure quick problem resolution.
Prepare and present regular production reports and MIS updates to management.
Participate in customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience:

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 35 years

Operational knowledge of Cotton, PC, CVC, and blended yarn production.Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (oral & written).Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet usage.Capable of working under pressure with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
