We are looking for energetic female candidates with proven experience in social media moderation and customer service to join our growing team.Job Type: Office Based (Onsite)Office Time (Shifts):8:00 AM - 3:00 PM3:00 PM - 10:00 PMWorking Days: Saturday - ThursdayWeekend: FridayJob Responsibilities:Provide customer support through phone calls and messages.Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions.Act as social media moderator - reply to comments/inbox queries.Maintain customer communication records.Assist in day-to-day support tasks related to customer service.Education Requirements:

Secondary
Higher Secondary

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Job Requirements:

Only Female
