The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, IT/software services, lead generation, and international client acquisition. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and expertise in global business development, partnerships, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in international markets (North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific).
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other B2B platforms.
  • Advance and accomplish outreach strategies via cold emails, calls, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries and geographies for software solutions.
  • Develop business proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Establish strong business relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and software agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Provide clients with software solution recommendations based on their business needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, software demos, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the software development team to enhance products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market expansion strategies.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scopes to close profitable deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align business strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market trends.
  • Provide insights for strategic business planning to support the company's growth objectives
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Business
  • Candidates holding any of the aforementioned degrees or qualifications in relevant fields are encouraged to apply for the position.
Experience:
  • 7 to 9 years
