Responsibilities & Context:Job Purpose: To focus on sales revenue generation & meet targets by selling online membership/wedtech subscription over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.Selling Membership/Subscription over the phone and meet assigned daily/monthly sales target given by the organization.Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packagesProviding the right customer experience.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements:Following business area(s) will get priority:

Telesales (High Priority), Matchmaking Company, Start-up, Insurance Sales, BPO, Call Center .

Skills and Competencies:

Expert in Telesales/Direct Sales, Excellent verbal communication, Telephone etiquette, Selling and Telemarketing skills, Persuasive skills, Listening skills, Service orientation, Integrity
Must have computer basic knowledge
