- Conduct telesales/telemarketing calls to promote company products and services.
- Handle outbound calls to generate leads and successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call outcomes in the system.
- Achieve assigned Daily and monthly sales targets within the given timeframe.
- Ensure strong performance in a fast-paced call center sales operation environment.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
- Actively contribute to team performance by meeting KPIs and quality standards.
- Support operational requirements, including overtime if required for business needs.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques to improve performance.
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
- Age 22 to 32 years
