Responsibilities & Context:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Garibook's subscription-based service.Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to drive conversions.Use persuasive communication techniques to turn leads into paying subscribers.Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Build a deep understanding of our product offerings, updates, and ongoing campaigns.Handle client inquiries with professionalism and ensure a positive experience.Address objections with confidence and provide accurate information to build trust.Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.Work in a target-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and ethics.Attend training and skill development sessions to enhance telesales effectiveness.Collaborate with peers and teams to share learnings and boost overall performance.Contribute positively to a collaborative and success-driven team culture.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:Previous telesales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, self-motivated, and sales-driven mindset.Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Must be fluent in Bangla; English proficiency is an added advantage.Skills & Expertise:Call Center Management,customer services,Customer Support/ Client Service,Drivers Management,Revenue Generation,Sales Marketing,Sales target, Customer ServiceCompensation & Other Benefits:
