Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:The Sr. Executive of HR & Admin is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources, administrative functions, within the factory. This includes managing employee welfare, statutory compliance, administrative support and ensuring adherence to law and regulations applicable to the Sweater factory. The role demands collaboration with multiple departments to promote a healthy environment while ensuring operational efficiency.Assist to maintain and update employee personal files.Prepare training materials & work for organizational development.Prepare job description for new employee.Filled up Manpower Requisition Form, Taking Approval from Management, Job Posting to bdjobs.com or others online portal.Prepare show cause letter, warning letter, office note, office memo, etc...Prepare & maintain employee development program & training.Monitoring the time and attendance (face, biometric & manual) and preparing and sending the monthly attendance report in time for payroll processing.Open Bank Account for new employee, ID Card, Visiting Card for new and old (if any) employee.Office Order Circulation on Employee Job Location Transfer, Festival Holidays, Leave etc..Follow up legal document/ certificate such as renewal of licenses.Maintain and monitor all housekeeping issues and cleanliness.Supervise and maintain all kind of security issues day to day basis.Maintain all security as per C-TPAT requirement.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementPost-graduation in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private university.PGDHRM will get preferenceExperience:
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At most 40 years
