Responsibilities & Context:The Sr. Executive - Admin & HR (Factory) is responsible for ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations within the factory, aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.General Administration:Oversee administrative functions including canteen, security, housekeeping, and transportMaintain vendor contracts and manage service providersCoordinate buyer/guest visits and related hospitality arrangementsPromote and ensure safety, hygiene, and EHS compliance across the facilityHuman Resources:Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit formalitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical)Coordinate with corporate HR for implementation of HR initiatives and complianceSupport recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar staff, including coordination with manpower contractorsConduct interviews, reference checks, and manage joining formalitiesSupport disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination procedures in coordination with legal counselHandle grievance redressal for workers and staffStatutory Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.)Maintain statutory records and registers as per government guidelinesLiaise with external authorities and government departments.Training & Development:Identify training needs for factory staff and organize in-house or external training programsMaintain training records and evaluate training effectivenessOther Duties:Provide continuous support and coordination to all departments on HR and admin mattersExecute any additional responsibilities assigned by Top ManagementEducation Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor degree in any disciplineMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource ManagementExperience:

Age 28 to 35 years
