Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Sales (Lift, Firefighting, Generator, Solar & HVAC)

Responsibilities & Context:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for lift, generator, HVAC, and firefighting products.Identify new market segments and opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors.Maintain a strong project pipeline through market intelligence and networking.Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and engineers.Demonstrate strong leadership to drive the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Set KPIs and regularly review team performance.Drive B2B sales targeting developers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.Collaborate with engineering, project, and after-sales service teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
