Responsibilities & Context:Regularly visit construction sites for project conversion and generate product demands.Arrange program with House Owners, Engineers, Mason as per requirements and approved schedule.Follow up with participants on regular basis to increase sales volume.Maintain relationship with Engineer, Contractor and Mason and arrange regular meeting.Prepare district wise influencers database (Engineers, Planers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors).Maintain customer complain management.Prepare report of site visit, investigation and initial feedback of customers.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Steel

Additional Job Requirements:

Candidate should have sound product knowledge.
Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
Communication skill.
Interpersonal skill.
Teamwork skills.
