Responsibilities & Context:Plan and execute manpower requirements for the factory.Manage end-to-end recruitment process for workers, supervisors, and staff.Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, factory rules, and other statutory requirements.Maintain healthy industrial relations, handle grievances, and resolve disputes effectively.Liaise with labor unions/worker representatives when necessary.Ensure proper disciplinary management and documentation.Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in line with factory requirements.Ensure proper maintenance of employee personal files and HR records.Monitor factory working conditions, canteen, and employee welfare facilities.Coordinate transport and security support for factory employees.Identify training needs of workers, supervisors, and staff.Arrange skill development and compliance training sessions.Build awareness programs on safety, compliance, and productivity improvement.Drive employee awareness on health, hygiene, and workplace discipline.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
