Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextAmbala Foundation a non-profit and non-political organization which MRA License no: 00350-01308-00086, has been working in Bangladesh since 1994 with over one million people, their families and communities at the grass root to national level in the field of microfinance, human rights, governance, health, education, income generation, environment, women and children development, cross cultural communication etc. To achieve the organizational goal a dedicated and energetic professional needed at HR & Admin team to lead, strength and achieve success of organization.Job Responsibilities:Proven operational HR track-record & experience of providing generalist HR service across a full range of HR issues.Solid understanding on all functions of HR process.Excellent skills in handling and advising on complex people management issues.Experience and skilled in recruitment and selection with good understanding on HR compliances and audit.Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing/trainingManage the complete payroll operation.Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process & on boarding process of new joiners.Arranging different employee engagement activities.Conduct TNA, prepare a yearly training plan & coordinate training programs.Generating official letters regarding HR issues such as office circulars, notes, memos, transfer letters etc.Assist in separation and final settlement-related tasks.Maintain employee's files & HRIS.Carrying out any other assignments delegated/instructed by the supervisor.Actively involved in day-to-day HR and Admin operations.Prepare employee`s monthly salary, yearly promotion and final settlement.Monitor disciplinary actions, employee grievance and conflict are handled as per labor law.Ensure a culture of discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement across HR and compliance functions.Assist in Head of HR and Management in shaping HR strategy, embedding organizational values, and leading change management efforts.Create new personal files of new joiners and input the data into software.Writing different letters or document (Typing skill both Bengali and English mandatory).Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, disbursement process & reporting.Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal affairs procurement etc.Any other tasks assigned by Management.Education Requirements:
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Bachelor /Masters from IBA/ Dhaka University/ Jahangirnagar University / North South / BRAC/AIUB is highly preferred.BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed UniversityPGDHRM will get preference.Any training on HRM, Administration, Compliance, Labor Law, Fire safety and security etc. will be treated as additional qualification.Experience:
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, NGO, Development Agency, Micro-Credit, Radio
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
