To support our operations and foster a positive work environment, we are looking for an experienced Manager - HR & Admin to manage human resources and administrative functions, ensuring that our company runs efficiently and effectively.Position Overview:The Manager - HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the company. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes. This role is key to ensuring that our employees are supported and the company`s administrative functions run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and hiring. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication across all levels of the organization.Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and employee development plans. Provide feedback and guidance to enhance employee performance.Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and compliant with industry standards and legal requirements.HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Update and enforce HR policies as needed.Administrative Functions:Office Management: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, office supplies, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment.Travel & Logistics: Manage travel arrangements for executives and employees, ensuring cost-effective and timely travel planning.Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documents. Ensure all administrative files are organized and accessible.Health & Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and creating a safe working environment for all employees.Team Management & Leadership:Supervise HR & Admin Team: Lead and mentor the HR and administrative staff, ensuring that they are motivated, efficient, and aligned with company goals.Employee Engagement: Develop programs and activities to engage employees, improve morale, and foster a strong company culture.Conflict Resolution: Handle employee issues and disputes with professionalism and discretion, ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved.Strategic HR Planning:Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior management to identify current and future workforce needs, ensuring the company has the right talent to achieve business goals.Retention Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent, reduce turnover, and enhance employee satisfaction.HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics and use data-driven insights to improve HR processes, employee satisfaction, and overall business performance.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (Minimum requirement)Master`s Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (Preferred)Certification in Human Resources (e.g., HRBP, SHRM-CP, CHRM) (Optional, but advantageous)Diploma in Office Administration (Optional, but beneficial)Experience:
  • 7 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup
