- Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Identify new corporate leads and pursue opportunities to grow business within target sectors.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Monitor client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Support senior management in developing strategies for client retention and revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits as required.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
