Responsibilities & Context:Respond promptly to customer queries and messages on Facebook, Instagram, and the website.Receive and confirm customer orders and follow up on the delivery process.Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, offers, and delivery.Forward complex complaints or issues to the management team.Moderate comments on social media posts and maintain a positive brand image.Update and maintain daily reports on customer support and order status.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 35 years
Previous experience as a moderator for a clothing business page is a must.Proficiency in both Bangla and English (typing and communication).Prior experience in customer service or social media moderation will be an added advantage.Ability to work under pressure with responsibility and punctuality.Strong computer and internet skills.This is an urgent hiring - candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.Skills & Expertise:Bangla and english typing Skills,Good communication skills in both English and Bangla,online page ModeratorCompensation & Other Benefits:
