Responsibilities & Context:Job context:The ideal candidate who will be selected for the position mentioned above will be responsible for proactively perform HR related activities of the Group Head Office.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, and conducting background checks, Joining and On-boarding, Orientation.HR Operation:Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy in personnel recordsProviding leave application and filing.Collect daily attendance sheet and monitor late and absenteeism.Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communicationsDrafting show cause letters.Training & development:Developing training modules, power-points for employees.Employee Separation:Managing employee separation processes, check and verify resignation & Maternity bills, conducting exit interview.HR AnalyticsGathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights for decision-making.Report Generation:Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.Labor Law practice:Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Age at most 30 years
  • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Good knowledge & skills in computing, numerical data analysis, presenting facts and figure.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for various HR tasks, such as document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email communication.
